Fashion Classics Prints + Journals

Loving these prints Carolyn Gavin for Ecojot painted (in gouache) of classic fashion pieces and their corresponding journals. The collection was just recently shown at the National Stationery Show in New York, and the Polka dot journal is the first one to be available for purchase on their website and soon in Barnes and Noble Bookstores in the US. Thank goodness for social media to fill the gap when you can't be there in person. As much as I would love to be able to attend this event, this year's National Stationery Show was the perfect venue for a little show-viewing instagram-style! And I've gathered a few of my favorites for a little post here today! Above Carrie at Anemone Press shows off her colourful set of greeting cards (love)!

New Product + NSS Preview | Slideshow Press

Memories of canoe trips and crackling campfires is the inspiration this year for Sideshow Press' collection at NSS. Their mix of outdoor-inspired gear that ventures beyond paper goods includes a 50-piece collection, like canoe-shaped pencil cases, wood veneer postcards, and canvas canteen bags printed on Sideshow’s vintage letterpress machines. Founded in 2004, Sideshow Press has a penchant for inking out-of-the-ordinary materials.

Continuing on with our NSS previews, this week we're kicking things off with the gorgeous paper company, The Paper Cub Co., a line of modern greetings and paper goods designed by sass&peril owner and designer Shannon Kennedy. Shannon's new collection is hand screenprinted and bears a beautiful texture that you can see and feel. Love these! New Product + NSS Preview | Ink Meets Paper

Allison of Ink Meets Paper sent over their newest collection of paper goods they will be debuting at the National Stationery Show next weekend in New York. Ink Meets Paper has been designing and printing letterpress paper goods since 2010, but this is their first year at the National Stationery Show (booth 2267!). Along with new greeting card designs, they are also introducing custom kraft envelopes to accompany their cards, along with a new product to their line, recipe cards. The designs are hand-drawn and lettered, and letterpress printed onto super thick 220-lb cotton paper. I'm sure they will be a hit!
